HyDEX and our partner the Energy Research Accelerator have signed a collaboration agreement with Chungnam Techno Park in South Korea.
The agreement will see the sharing of best practice, development of skills and wider cooperation in business and innovation. There are also plans for the development of hydrogen demonstration projects in the longer term, where hydrogen technologies can be tested and proven.
The signing took place at the University of Nottingham which the delegation from South Korea’s Chungnam Province were visiting as part of a wider visit to the UK’s Midlands region.
Speaking about the collaboration, Professor Martin Freer, Director of the Energy Research Accelerator, said: “I am delighted that we are partnering with Chungnam Techno Park. We are looking forward to working with them to exchange knowledge and develop hydrogen innovaitons that will benefit businesses and society both in the UK and in South Korea.”
